Company history, key success points

G.T. Personum Kft. was established in 1992 and has grown to become a keystone specialist in the field of providing experientially oriented competency-trainings, person-centered coaching and counseling as well as organizational development solutions to its clients.

We are proud to have succeeded in expanding our clientele to include some of the most prestigious Hungarian and Central-European market actors as well as to have achieved sustained business performance through recent periods of economic downturn. More than seventy percent of our clients return to us to establish further cooperation.

We are privileged to have earned the trust of the largest group of companies in the region to custom-design and implement multi-layered development-programs of several years of length, integrating classical and innovative forms of experiential learning and knowledge transfer.

Our aim is to customize the content and methodology of our programs in order to integrate them in the everyday reality of our partners as best as possible. We develop the programs’ learning journey, the exercises included and the debriefing activities together with our clients.

Our trainers

Our workforce consists of seven professional trainers with backgrounds in psychology,
economics and other fields of developmental human arts. All trainers have gained organizational experiences as employees, have been through long periods of hands-on practice as trainers and have five to twenty years of experience. Their experience enables them to understand the strengths and the real and personal needs of the leaders and employees taking part in the development process. Our trainers are able to motivate and inspire the participants of the programs and support the change and development processes.

Besides English and Hungarian, our programs are also available in the same professional quality in Croatian, Slovakian, Czech, Serbian, Slovenian, Romanian and German.
